Apple Crumble

2 tart apples
2 Tbsp water
1/3 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 1/2 Tbsp margarine

Preheat oven to 375. Wash apples & peel. Cut them into quarters, core and thinly slice into greased baked dish. Sprinkle water or juice over them. Sift flour, measure it & put into mixing bolw. Add sugar, salt, cinnamon & margarine to the flour. Work with fork until crumbly. Spread this mixture over apples. Bake 15-20 minutes or until brown.
