4 lbs apples
2 c. water
Cook apples and water and put through strainer. To each cup pulp, add:
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp allspice
Cook over low heat until it sheets from a spoon. Pour into jars and seal.
