Veal Cordon Bleu

From the Massachusetts Red Lion Inn:
4 slices veal (approx 1 lb total)
4 oz sliced ham
6 oz Swiss cheese, sliced
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. flour
1 c. bread crumbs
2 Tbsp butter

Flatten veal. Divide ham and cheese into 4 portions and place on veal. Roll up and secure with toothpicks. Dredge in flour then dip in egg and then bread crumbs to cover. Pan fry in butter browning all sides. Finish cooking in 400 oven for 15-20 minutes.
