Cranberry Salad-Sibyl Sevy

From Sibyl Sevy:
1 1/2 c. cranberries
1 orange, peel 1/2
1 apple, chopped
1/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 pkg raspberry, cherry or strawberry gelatin
2 Tbsp crushed pineapple
1 c. nuts

Grind cranberries, orange with peel, and apple. Pour over sugar and let stand 1.5 hrs. Dissolve gelatin with water. Let cool. Stir in fruit mixture, pineapple and nuts. Refrigerate until set.
