Cream Cheese Butter Cookies

2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 c. butter
3 oz cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp grated orange rind

Cream butter and cream cheese. Gradually add sugar. Beat in egg yolk, vanilla and orange rind. Blend in dry ingredients. Cut with cookie cutters. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes.
