Pumpkin Roll

From Dorthy Kennedy:
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. pumpkin
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 c. flour

Beat eggs and mix with above ingredients. Spread on buttered and floured cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Turn on foil coated with 1/4" powdered sugar.

Filling:
1 c. powdered sugar
9 oz cream cheese
4 Tbsp margarine
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 c. nuts

Combine ingredients. Spread on cake. Sprinkle with nuts. Roll up. Ready to slice and serve.
