1 box white or yellow cake mix
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. water
3 eggs
1 box strawberry gelatin
3 Tbsp sifted flour
1/2 box frozen strawberries (thawed)
Beat cake mix, oil and water. Add eggs, gelatin, and flour. Mix well. Stir in strawberries. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350.
Frosting:
1 lb powdered sugar
1/4 c. shortening
1/2 box frozen strawberries (thawed)
Combine all frosting ingredients.
