Deer Jerky

From Kam Smith:
2 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp pepper
1 Tbsp Mexican spice
3 Tbsp liquid smoke
5 Tbsp Worcestershire
2 Tbsp soy sauce
3 dashes hot pepper sauce
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp onion powder

Mix in large bowl. Put meat in mix, making sure all pieces are fully coated. Cover with plastic wrap. Let set in refrigerator for 2 days. Dehydrate.
