Chicken Tetrazini

3 lb hen
8 oz pkg spaghetti
1 md onion, minced
1/2 c. celery, cut finely
1 Tbsp finely chopped green pepper
Salt & Pepper
4 Tbsp margarine
2 c. milk
1/2 lb grated cheese
4 Tbsp flour
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup

Stew hen until tender and cut into small cubes. Cook spaghetti. Make a sauce of margarine, milk, flour & most of grated cheese. Mix onion, celery, green pepper and salt and pepper with sauce. Pour over chicken and top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
