Quicky Cookies

1/2 c. peanut butter
4 Tbsp honey
2/3 c. coconut
2 1/2 c. Sugar Crisp cereal

Stir the peanut butter and honey until smooth. Add coconut. Stir in 1/2 of cereal. Mix well. Form into 18 small balls. Roll each ball in remaining cereal to coat all sides. Place on cookie sheet. Place in refrigerator and chill for ten minutes.
