3 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp flour
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla or lemon flavoring
Unbaked pie shell
Beat eggs slightly and add sugar and flour. Add butter and mix well. Add buttermilk and flavoring. Bake at 325 until set.
