2 c. flour
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cream of tarter
1 stick margarine or butter
1 c. milk
Mix flour, baking powder, salt & cream of tarter together. Cut in margarine. Stir in milk. Knead slightly. Pat out on lightly floured board. Cut with shape and bake at 425 until golden brown.
