1 egg white
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. cereal flakes
1/2 c. coconut
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 350. Add salt to egg white and beat to a soft peak but not stiff. Add sugar, 2 Tbsp at a time and beat thoroughly after each addition. Beat until mixture holds a peak. Add flavoring. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes. Remove from heat.
