Different Chocolate Cake

1 1/3 c. boiling water
1 c. uncooked oats
1/2 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
3 Tbsp cocoa

Pour boiling water over oats. Let stand 20 minutes. Beat margarine, add sugar & vanilla. Add eggs, beat. Add dry ingredients. Put in greased 9x13" pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Frosting
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 cube margarine
1 c. nuts
1 c. coconut

Mix all ingredients expect coconut & nuts. Cook 12 minutes, stirring constantly. Add coconut and milk. Cool & frost.
