Peanut Coconut Cookies

1 1/4 c. sifted flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 c. chopped peanuts
1 c. flaked coconut

Sift dry ingredients together; stir in sugars. Add butter, eggs and vanilla; stir until well mixed. Blend in peanuts and coconut. Drop from teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes. Makes 3 dozen.
