Rocky Road Cookie Pizza

1 20oz pkg sugar cookie dough
1/2 c. chopped salted peanuts
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 6oz pkg (1 c.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/3 c. caramel ice cream topping

Line 12" pizza pan with foil; grease foil. Press cookie dough into bottom of foil lined pan. Bake 13-16 minutes or until light brown. Remove from oven. Sprinkle evenly with peanuts, marshmallows, & chocolate chips. Drizzle with caramel. Bake 5-10 minutes. Cool. Cut into wedges.
