Sausage Scrapple

2 lbs sausage
1 13oz can evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. yellow corn meal
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Poultry seasoning

Brown sausage and pour off grease. Add water to evaporated milk to make 4 cups liquid. Add to sausage and bring to boil. Slowly stir in cornmeal and seasonings. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour into greased 9x6" pan. Chill until firm. Unmold and cut into slices. Lightly flour and fry until lightly golden on outside.
