Watermelon frozen yogurt

1/4 of a watermelon
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1 lime
1 large tub honey yogurt


mix water and sugar in small sauce pan over high heat until dissolved, pour into glass bowl or measuring cup to cool

scoop watermelon and juices out of rind. use hand mixer to puree.

squeeze lime juice into watermelon. add sugar water and yogurt and blend until creamy.

using the container that the yogurt came in, slowly pour mixture into a sieve to strain.
discard pulp*

freeze over night.

*i added a small bit of the pulp here and there to my yogurt to my liking, you can too.
