Mix together
2 eggs
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 cup flour
Pour all batter into black iron skillet. Low flame. Fry like a pancake. Flip over to other side when a crust has formed.
