Fruit Pizza

Crust:
Sugar Cookie Dough

Spread:
12oz. of Cream Cheese
3/4 Cup of Sugar
3 tbsp. of Fruit Juice

Glaze:
1/2 Cup of Lemonade Concentrate
1/4 Cup of Water
1 tbsp. Corn Starch
Choose any:Grapes, Bluberries, Blackberries, Strawberries, Kiwi, ect.

Press out the cookie dough on a pizza pan lined with parchment paper. Bake according to package directions. In a cuisinart, blend cream cheese, sugar, and fruit juice until smooth. Spread on baked cookie crust when fully cooled. Decorate with fresh fruit in any pattern you like on top of the cream cheese. Heat up the glaze ingredients until it starts to thicken. Pour over fruit and then refridgerate overnight.
