1Doz. muffin pan 12min. at 4oo


5eggs
1C.milk
1C.flour
1tsp.salt
3/4C,oil
4 oz.roastbeef
1/4C. horseradish
1C.gravy

Whisk together first 4 ingredients until
smooth and glistening.Let rest 20 min.Place
1Tbl.oil in each muffin cup and place pan
in oven set at 400 to pre-heat while batter rests.Stir batter few times and pour
into cups.Spoon about 1tsp ea.meat and
horesradish it center of ea cup.Bake until
golden.Drain on paper and serve hot with
gravy.
