Cheese Bread

1Tbls. sugar
2/3C.warm water
1 pkg. yeast
1 egg
1 1/3C. shreaded cheese
2 1/3C. flour
1tsp. salt

Dissolve sugar and yeast in water.Add
well beaten egg,cheese,salt,and flour.
Mix,knead, and shape.Place in greased
pan and let rise double.Bake at 375 for
45mins. Makes 1 loaf.
