Cheesecake

Serves 8 to 10

Large graham baking mold (already cooked)
Two cream cheese (you can use low fat)
1 Can condensed milk (you can use low fat)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 lemon

Directions:
Leave cream cheese out to get to room temperature. Pour condensed milk in bowl, add cream cheese, vanilla and lemon. Mix, pour onto to graham dish. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Dessert pleaser. You can add raspberries or blueberries, or cherries from a can, etc.
