  • 1/2 pound lean ground beef
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/3 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat Mexican cheese
  • 2 tablespoons canned jalapeno peppers, sliced
  • 8 ounces baked low-fat tortilla chips

Brown beef in a nonstick skillet. Drain well. Add chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper. Mix well. Place in a serving bowl and top with salsa, cheese and jalapenos. Dip with tortilla chips.
