No Gravy Required Mashed Potato

About 6 medium Potatoes washed skin on
6 Cloves Garlic Peeled chopped coarse
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
8 0z cream Cheese
1 small bunch Green onion tops Chopped
Bacon chopped small pieces 2slices

Boil cubed potatoes with garlic for twenty minutes.Potatoes should be bony not mushy
Pour in colander,and then into a bowl Add the salt, pepper, onion tops, bacon,and cream cheese, mash until cream cheese is melted and incorporated into the potato flesh. Serve Immediately sometimes with raw onion and cheese sprinkled on top.
Makes about 6 servings.
