Boiled Artichokes and Sauce

4 artichokes
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
2/3 cup mayonaise

In a large pot put 3 artichokes in. cover artichodes with water as much as possible. Do the same for the other artichoke ina seperate pot. Cover, and let boil for 45 minutes, turning them over 20 minutes in.

DIPPING SAUCE: In a bowl mix together 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce with 2/3 cup mayonaise.
