Honey Citrus Wings
Preheat oven to 425°
Ingredients:
3 lbs. chicken wings (thawed and water absorbed w/ paper or cloth towel)
2 tbs. of the following:
sea salt
coarse black pepper
smokey paprika
onion powder
Mrs. Dash "Fiesta Lime" seasoning
orange zest
lemon pepper
1 tbs. of the following:
garlic powder
cayenne pepper
dry ginger
Mix and set aside:
1/4 cup vegetable oil plus
tablespoon of melted butter
Marinade:
1/4 cup apple juice
3 tbs. each:
red wine vinegar
worchestershire
honey
brown sugar
soy sauce
Directions:
Rub dry seasoning thoroughly into chicken wings with dry seasoning. Coat with oil mixture and place in large baking pan.
Bake 15 minutes.
Remove wings and coat with marinade
Turn down oven to 375°
Bake for 45 minutes.
(For a crispy grill effect, turn broiler on for 5 minutes before removing)
