stewed okra with fire roasted tomato

1- 32oz frozen cut okra
1- 14.5oz can fire roasted diced tomato with
garlic
1- cup marinara sauce
1- Tbs canola oil
1/2 large onion diced
2 large cloves garlic mashed
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp italian seasoning
2 to 3 sprays of canola oil cooking spray
salt & pepper to taste
1/2 cup diced green pepper
spray a wok with cooking spray. Add oil, and sautee green pepper onion and garlic until wilted. add fire roasted tomato, marinara sauce and stir. Add basil and italian seasoning, okra, salt & pepper to taste, 2 cups water. Cook on high until boiled. lower stove to medium-low continue cooking for 1/2 hour until ready.
yield 10 servings.
