Coconut Cream Pie

Ingredients
3/4 cup Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
2 1/4 cup Milk
3 Egg Yolks (beaten)
2 tbs Butter
1/3 cup Flour
1 tsp Vanilla
2/3 can Cream of Coconut
1 cup Coconut

Preparation
Can substitute 4 tbs. Cornstarch for the flour.
Put all ingredients in a sauce pan & cook on medium heat until it boils & thickens.
