Meringue

Ingredients
4 Egg whites
1/2 cup Sugar

Preparation
Egg whites are best at room temp.
Beat egg whites until fluffy.
Add sugar.
Beat until fluffy & shiny. (Takes approx 5-10 minutes).
Spread on top of pie & seal the edges.
Bake at 300 until golden brown.
Cool at room temp.
Refridgerate.
