Peanut Butter Cookies

Makes about 3 dozen cookies.

Ingredients
3/4 cup Peanut Butter
1/2 cup Butter
2/3 cup Brown sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla
2 cups Flour
1 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Note: Recipe calls for 1 egg, but I used 3 for extra fluffiness.

Preparation
Cream sugar, butter, vanilla, egg and peanut butter until smooth. Sift flour, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg into creamy mixture. Mix well.

Grease cookie sheet.

Take spoonfuls of batter and roll into balls.
Then, place on a cookie sheet.

Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.

***If desired, immediately after removing the cookies from the oven, place a chocolate hershey kiss in the center of each cookie.
