Ingredients
3 cups Sweet Potatoes
1 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
2 1/2 tbs Butter
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla
Preparation
Topping: 1 c. Brown Sugar 1/2 c. Pecans 1/2 c. Oats 1/2 c. Flour 2 1/2 tbs butter Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until topping is golden brown & crispy.
Note: For lots of topping, I usually times it by 4.
