4 lb. wings, separated, tips discarded
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup EVOO
1 cup white flour
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 cup Frank's red hot sauce, or more to your taste

Set oven to 400F
1. Prepare cookie sheet with sides with a sheet of foil covering completely.
2. Put butter and olive oil in the pan, put in oven to melt.
3. Put rinsed, dried wings in baggie that has the flour, garlic powder and salt in it. Shake to cover completely.
4. Put on cookie pan and bake for 60 minutes.
5. Remove from pan and put in mixing bowl with the hot sauce. Toss to coat completely.
6. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce or Ranch dressing.
