Ingredients:
4 to 6 ripe avocados
1 jalopeano
1/4 cup of lime juice
diced tomatos (optional)
1 medium sized red onion
Procedure:
First pit and put flesh of avocado into separate bowl.
Second, cut jalopeano in half... take out seeds! Then, dice jalopean real small... I usually only use one half and save the other half... (seeds are what make it really, really spicy)
*TIP* Don't rub your eyes if after using jalopeano wash hands very throughly
Third, dice up tomatos
Fourth, dice up red onion in.
Add all to the avocado flesh and begin to mix together...
Add lime juice.... I say about a 1/4 cup... but, you can add less or more... just test it to your desired amount!
Serves about 1 person per avocado
