Chocolate-Orange Truffles

Ingredients:
1 stick + 2 T unsalted butted (melted)
1 box (14oz) chocolate graham crackers
1 bag (1lb) powdered sugar
1 cup walnuts finely chopped
1 can (6oz) orange juice concentrate (thawed)
Chocolate sprinkles
Directions:
Put graham crackers in large zip top bag and crush with hands. Do not put them in the food processor as this will turn them to powder.
In large bowl mix graham crackers, powdered sugar and finely chopped walnuts.
Add melted butter and orange concentrate. Mix well (hands work best). Roll into bite size balls, then roll them in the sprinkles. Place in airtight container and regrigerate overnight. You can also freeze these.
Cooks Notes: These have a surprisingly bright flavor because of the orange concentrate. They are reminiscent of a truffle without the heaviness of solid chocolate.
