Olive Pimento Cheese Spread

Serves/Makes: Enough for 1 loaf french bread

Ingredients:

1 8 oz package cream cheese room temperature
1/3 c sour cream
1 1/4 c cheddar cheese grated
1/2 yellow onion grated
2 cloves garlic grated
1/2 t worcestershire sauce
1/2 t ground mustard
1/4 c pimiento stuffed olives chopped fine
2 T chopped pimientos
1 T olive juice

Directions:

In large bowl grate onion and garlic on microplane or fine grater. Add cream cheese and sour cream and mix till smooth. add worcestershire sauce, chopped olives, chopped pimientos, and olive juice,

Stir in grated cheddar cheese. At this point taste to see if it is "Olivey" enough for your taste. If not add more olive juice.
Store in air tight container in refrigerator.

Cooks Notes: You can spread this on a large loaf of french bread split lengthwise in half and bake at 425 degrees F till cheese melts. It is also great on a bagel or as a dip for veggies. My favorite is to use in on anything pumpernickle.
