Amaretto Cheesecake

Recipe for 1 (9 in) Graham Cracker Crust

Ingredients
3 (8 oz.) packages Cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1/3 cup Amaretto
1 1/2 cups sour cream
2 tbsp Amaretto
1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted

Crust ingredients
1 (5 1/3 oz) packet graham crackers, crushed about 1 2/3 cups
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp butter or margarine, melted

Directions
Press crust mixture firmly on bottom and 1/2 inch up the sides of 9 inch spring form pan.
Beat cream cheese at high speed intil light and fluffy; gradually add 1 cup of sugar, beating well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in 1/3 cup Amaretto; pour mixture into prepared pan. Bake at 375 for 45-50 mins or until mixture is set.
Combine sour cream, 2 tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp Amaretto; Stire well and sppon over cheesecake. Bake at 500 for 5 minutes. Let cool to room temperature on a wire rack; chill.
