Banana cupcakes

150 g self-raising flour
125 g castor sugar
125 g margerine
2 eggs
3 overripe bananas (peel and mash)
1 teaspoon baking powder

Oven: 180C Cooking time:15-20 mins.

Whisk the eggs and the sugar until combined. Bit by bit, sieve in the flour and baking powder and bits of margerine. Whisk the mixture each time until smooth. Mix in mashed bananas. Scoop into the prepared muffin tin until 1/3 filled. Bake.
Topped with preferred buttercream and sprinkle colored sugar or chocolate stars.
