Cranberry White Chocolate Bark

Bag of white chocolate chips
Dried Cranberries (Pomegrante infused)
Waxed paper
Double boiler pan

Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler pan or in the microwave for about 2 mins but watch the timer. Pour the chocolate onto a waxed lined sheet and then sprinkle with dried cranberries that have pomegrante juice it in. You can use plain dried cranberries but once you try the the kind with the pomegrante infused you will love it.
