Creamy Chicken Dijon

Prep/Cook Time 20 mins Serves 4

1 Tbsp. veg oil
4 boneless chicken breast halves
1 can Campbells Cream of Celery Soup *
2/3 Cup water
1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. parsley

Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and brown on each side. In separate bowl mix soup, water and mustard. When chicken is browned add soup mixture to chicken and pepper. Cover and cook over low heat 5 mins or until done.Place chicken on platte and pour sance over chicken. Sprinkle with parsley.

Serve with Brown rice or white rice.
* 98% Fat Free Cream of Celery Soup may also be used
