Buffalo chicken dip with a kick

Prep Time: 15 min.

Cook Time: 25 min. / 350 oven

9 x 13 pan

Ingredients:

3-4 chicken breast (seasoned and poached or boiled) shred while warm

2 - 8oz box cream cheese - soften

1 cup blue cheese or ranch dressing

3/4 cup - Franks Red Hot Sauce

1 cup or more of shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup of shredded cheese for topping
(I used Cheddar Jack w/Jalapeno Peppers )

Mix dressing and hot sauce, add soften cream cheese and 1 cup of cheddar cheese mix well.

Fold in chicken -

Pour mixture in 9 x 13 pan.

Bake 20 minutes until warm

Sprinkle top with Cheddar Jack w/Jalapeno Peppers

Bake 5 minutes


tortilla scoops
celery sticks

(for a little extra kick add fresh chopped Scallions and Jalapeno peppers before serving)
