Bake Macaroni and Cheese - Extra Cheesy

Serves - 10

Ingredients:
1 - 16 ounce box of Elbow Macaroni
1/4 cup of margarine or butter
4 tablespoons of flour
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
1 teaspoon of dry mustard
4 cups of milk / reserve 1 cup for later
3 eggs
8 ounces of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
8 ounces of shredded mild cheddar cheese
1/2 of 8 ounce jar of cheese whiz
4 ounces of shredded sharp cheese
salt

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Lightly grease 13x9 inch baking dish

Cook pasta according to package directions, preferably Al dente. Set aside.

Beat eggs; adding dry mustard, pepper, and salt to taste (no more than 1/2 teaspoon); stir in 1/2 cup of milk; set aside.

Melt margarine/butter over medium heat; stir in flour, gradually stir in 3 cups of milk; add egg mixture.
Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Reduce to low heat and gradually stir in cheese, keep stirring until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Add additional 1/2 cup of milk gradually if needed.(if you want it to be creamy)

Pour 1/2 of cheese mixture in baking dish, add macaroni, stir.
Stir in remaining cheese mixture.
Sprinkle 4 ounces of shredded sharp cheese on top.

Bake uncovered 30 minutes or until bubbly
