Chicken Napoleon Dynamo

5 boneless skinless chicken breast
1 tube of your favorite sausage
4 fresh medium tomatoes chopped
1 medium chopped onion
2 cloves garlic
5 leaves basil sliced
handful italian parsley chopped
salt and pepper to taste

preheat oven 375 degrees
Place chicken breast in large baking pan. Cut sausage into five equal pieces, press
on top of chicken. Sprinkle with chopped onions, garlic, italian parsley, and tomatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover with foil. Bake in 375 degree oven for 1 hour 15 minutes. Check chicken to make sure it is done. Add chopped basil. Serve hot.
