Apple Stuffing

3 tablespoons butter
3 stalks of celery chopped
1 medium sweet onion chopped
8 cups stuffing mix
1 teaspoon sage
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon ground fennel
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2-1/2 cups chicken broth
3 gala apples chopped
4 leaves chopped fresh basil
salt and pepper to taste

preheat oven 375 degrees
In a large skillet heat butter add onion and celery sweat down for 4 mins. over medium heat. Add apples salt and pepper to taste. Cook 2 minutes add spices. Add stuffing mix. stir well add basil. Place in sprayed 11x9 pan bake in 375 degree oven for 15 minutes. Serve warm enjoy.
