Easy Shepherd\'s Pie

2lbs. ground chuck
2 cans 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
1 medium onion chopped
2 cans 15 oz mixed vegetables
1 box of instant mashed potatoes
2 teaspoons natures seasons

preheat oven 375 degrees
Cook together ground chuck and onion in pan. In a large baking pan approximately 11x9. Mix together cream of mushroom soup and mixed vegetables. In another pan make instant potatoes according to box. Mix meat mixture into large baking pan with cream of mushroom mixture. Spread instant potatoes over top. Place in oven bake of 30 minutes.
