Very Mild Chili

Serves 10-12

2 lbs. ground sirloin
1 medium onion diced
2 med cubanelle peppers diced
2-15 oz cans white kidney beans washed and drained
1-15oz can pinto bean drained and washed
4-15 oz. cans peeled and diced tomatoes with Garlic and onions drained
1 teaspoon cumin
2 tablespoon chili powder or to taste
1 teaspoon morton natures seasons
1 teaspoon garlic powder
48 oz. tomato juice

In a large pan brown ground beef while cooking put in diced onion and peppers. When beef is almost browned add all seasonings. Drain off grease. Return to pan. Add drained beans and tomatoes. Add tomato juice. Taste add more chili powder if you wish, remember the longer it cooks the chili powder will be stronger. Cook at least 2 hours.
Serve hot
Serving suggustion add colby jack cheese when serving.
