Pumpkin Butterscotch Cupcakes

1 Box yellow cake mix

1 15oz.can 100% pumpkin (not pie filling)

1 11oz Bag butterscotch morsels (prefer Toll House by Nestle)

1 Single serving 4 oz cinnamon applesauce

2 Dashes of cinnamon

Paper Cupcake liners

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place cupcake liners in two 12 count cupcake pans or spray with non stick cooking oil and lightly flour. Place all five ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir by hand using a large spoon until well blended. Place by large tablespoons full in cupcake pans. Bake for 20 minutes. Makes 22 to 24 cupcakes. Can be served warm or cold.
