Sweet And Spicy Egg Sanwich

2 Eggs
Milk
Pepper
Mayo
2 Cinnamon Raisin English Muffin
Hot sauce
2 slices of cheese
2-4 maple sausage links

Makes: 2 Servings Time: About 15 minutes

Cut the Cinnamon Raisin English Muffins in half and lightly toast them. Add mayo to them to your specification. In a bowl, mix the 2 eggs, some pepper, and a splash of milk together. Pour in a frying pan on med-low. Make sure that they are done and are scrambled. Put half of the eggs on one bottom and the rest on the other. Put one slice of cheese on each. Cook the maple sausage. When done, blot off extra grease with a paper towel and cut them into 1/4. Place them on top of cheese. Add some hot sauce to your specification. Put the top on them and enjoy.

*Can be a little messy to eat.
