Marinated Vegetable Salad - from Aunt Judy

Category: For a crowd

25 cups raw vegetables, such as:

2 lbs. Carrots, sliced
4-5 yellow squash, sliced
3 bell peppers, red and/or green, cut in chunks
8 oz. small mushrooms, halved
3-4 stalks celery, sliced
1 head cauliflower, broken into chunks
1 large bunch of broccoli crowns
canned artichoke hearts
grape tomatoes
blanched green beans
blanched asparagus

Dressing:
1 cup sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup white vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp seasoning salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp McCormick Salad Supreme

Combine ingredients. Mix with vegetables and marinate for several hours.
