Creamy Black Bean Soup

I started to make this as a dip but the consistency wasnt there. However, it makes a delicious soup. Makes a great addition to tacos. You can always add a taco seasoning or hot sauce to spice it up to your liking, but I think its great just the way it is.

1 can black beans
1 8 oz container of fat free cottage cheese
1/4 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt free seasoning
1/4 tsp black pepper
milk, if desired, to thin


Add all ingredients to blender. Mix well.
Chill and serve.

Serves 2
